1) Guest – No access, any one can open the page but only few sections are visible
2) Subscriber – Who ever has created a user ID and password are tagged to subscriber by default by WordPress. They can read all the information but can not create new blog. They can add comments to existing blogs . However, if a subscriber is a part of a group, then he/she can add comment, add new messages under the group.
3) Author and Editor – As an Admin, we need to give access to people who we want to tag as Author or Editor. Author can can create new blog but can not publish. Editor can review and publish the content created by the Author
4) Admin – You, Subbu Maa’m and I are tagged as Admin
