I am श्रेष्ठः in whatever i do; and I am इतरः जनः when I am seeing others… these are simultaneous processes…

If I am merely informing, I don’t belong… I don’t take charge… I merely avail… I am not attentive about how my actions impact others…

When I belong, when I am invested in a space, I don’t unilaterally decide and inform… I engage, and then I can listen to/ be attentive to the impact of my actions on others… and when I can listen, I can engage and invest…

there may be times, I am torn, and I may not be able to do much… but that I feel for this, will be picked up by the others… and in that feeling and expressing my tension, I become श्रेष्ठः
